IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS, OR DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES, GEMS OF NEW YORK DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO REIMBURSE PACKAGES LOST BY CARRIERS. REFUNDS
REFUNDS ARE ISSUED IF ITEMS ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK, INAUTHENTIC, OR ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO A CUSTOMER DUE TO ANY REASON. ALL REFUNDS ARE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT USED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
